“Social Entrepreneurship is the Key” was a Youth Exchange implemented in the city of Castellammare di Stabia (Naples) from 15th to the 22nd of May, 2023.
There were 6 participating nations with 5 representatives each: Italy, Spain, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, and Greece.
The main objective of the project was youth empowerment, the promotion of active citizenship, the encouragement of social responsibility among young people and the stimulation of the entrepreneurial spirit of young people to involve them in the development of the community and in the processes of social change.
The overall aim of the project was to make young citizens active, provide understanding of social entrepreneurship, promote the entrepreneurial spirit and the active involvement of young people in all aspects of social life. The project helped participants understand themselves as responsible citizens and provide them with the knowledge, skills, experience and networking needed to contribute to the solution of society’s problems as social entrepreneurs and their career progression.
Participants stayed at the “Vesuvian Inn Hotel” in Via Salario, 12, 80053 Castellammare di Stabia NA. Participants were accommodated in double or triple rooms with others from different countries but the same gender. Accommodation and food for the participants for the whole duration of the project was provided by the hosting organisation.
