Our organization is looking for 6 participants + 1 group leader for the Youth Exchange “In4Migration” from 11th to 19th of June 2021, in Bansko – Bulgaria.
It is a Youth Exchange that will gather youth from 6 different countries: Bulgaria, Italy, Turkey, Greece, Hungary and Spain. In total there will be 42 participants from 18 to 30 years old and the hosting organization is Alternativi International.
The methodology used is entirely based on the non-formal education approach that will increase the exchange between participants through various tools such as role plays, theaters, simulations, team buildings, presentations, creative discussions, etc. The exchange will give the participants certain skills that can be used later in the world of work.
Main objectives:
- Raise awareness of migration processes and highlight its benefits in Europe
- Promote positive attitudes of young people for refugees and migrants
- Raise awareness about hate speech as a serious issue and violation of human rights and raise awareness of the serious consequences and crimes that can be caused by this
- Provide channels for reporting and tackling hate speech
- Inform and encourage young people to effectively combat hate speech towards refugees in a non-violent way
- Promote tolerance, mutual understandment, solidarity and an intercultural dialogue
Accommodation and food covered 100%, travel expenses covered up to a maximum of 275 euros.
