We are looking for 5 participants + 1 group leader for the Youth Exchange “Rural Youth Exchangefest” which will take place in Sivrihisar, Eskisehir Province – Turkey, from 12th to 18th of July 2021.
The exchange “ Rural Youth Exchangefest ” is a project that gathers youth from 7 different countries: Turkey, Italy, Romania, France, Greece, Portugal and Spain in Sivrihisar, Eskisehir Province – Turkey. In total there will be 42 participants from 18 to 24 years old. The hosting organisation is Proder.
The methodology used is entirely based on the non-formal education approach that will increase the exchange between participants through various tools such as role plays, theaters, simulations, team buildings, presentations, creative discussions, etc. The exchange will give the participants certain skills that can be used later in the world of work.
Main objectives of the project:
The main goal of our project is to reduce the youth unemployment rate to the OECD average level by enabling young people in rural areas who face social andeconomic difficulties to develop individual initiatives and lifelong work skills necessary for labor market and to increase social cohesion, active citizenship and intercultural awareness.
Accommodation and food covered 100%, travel expenses covered by Ersmus+ Program
